About Rance C. Miles
Dairy industry and banking executive Rance C. Miles lends his expertise to several dairy companies in the positions of chief financial officer, chief operating officer, or board member. Rance C. Miles formerly served as a vice president and chief operating officer at First American Bank, a New Mexico institution founded in 1903, where he served for 11 years. He was asked to sit on the bank’s board of directors and on several committees, including the Trust Committee, the IT Committee, and the Asset/Liability Management Committee.
Rance C. Miles received his bachelor of science in agricultural finance from New Mexico State University and went on to study community bank management at the graduate level at the University of Texas, Austin. He supports economic opportunity as a current board member of the United States Chamber of Commerce and regional vice chairman of the Southwest Region.
Miles’ charitable interests include youth-oriented organizations opposing drug use and gang membership as well as CASA, which provides housing for foster children waiting for permanent homes, and Wounded Warriors, a support group for veterans.
